Garlic is hypo-tensive. Meaning, it decreases blood pressure. Thus, it is good for people suffering from high blood pressure, and heart diseases. Garlic can also thin the blood. It helps in quicker blood clotting preventing excessive loss of blood. Garlic decreases the level of cholesterol in the blood. It acts the same with insulin, it normalizes the level of sugar in the blood. It serves as antibiotic and antiseptic. It kills all harmful bacteria in our body. Especially, it is best in detoxification because it helps our body get rid of unwanted germs. It is anti-cancer.
Another one important use of garlic is that it is anti colds and anti cough. It cures sore throat very quickly. Here are some tips on how to apply garlic for daily illness prevention.
1. Always keep fresh garlic in your refrigerator.
2. The moment you feel colds/runny nose, cough or sore throat/tonsillitis are coming your way, immediately prepare any fruit juice. Then, for every 500ml pf juice, peel 2 regular size garlic cloves, slice it according to your desired size and put it in your juice container. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
3. Drink as much as you can for the whole day.
4. In the evening, all symptoms are gone.

Grind 1 clove of fresh garlic. Put it in a glass of water. Then use it in rinsing your face every night.
