Medicinal Uses:
Adamant creeper or Bonesetter plant is mainly used in the treatment of bone-related problems in Ayurveda, such as heal broken bones, injured ligaments, and tendons, and used in the treatments of hemorrhoid, and to treat vitiated Vata and Kapha disorders.
Plant description:
Bonesetter is an edible stemmed plant, cactus type herb grows up to 2 m in length with the help of tendrils, and square shaped branches with interns nodes, up to 10 cm long. Leaves are arranged alternately, heart-shaped, reniform, margin entire, and sometimes toothed, tri-lobed and 5 cm. long, which appear at the nodes. Flowers are small and white or yellowish or greenish yellow, fruits or berries are globular and turn red when ripe.

Arrowleaf Sida is an important herbal plant in Ayurveda, it is used as an ingredient of in many of Ayurvedic medicines for the rheumatic complaints. The root of this plant is the useful part is used to treat Vata, pitta, pain, asthma, bronchitis and urinary problem.
Plant description:
Arrowleaf sida is a small, long-lived shrub or woody herb, with erect stems usually growing up to 120 centimeters tall, usually found in roadsides and rocky areas as a weed. Its stems are slender, rather woody, with a tough stringy bark. The leaves are often diamond-shaped with toothed margins, long up to 1.5 inches, and arranged oppositely. Flowers are five petals, which are approximate 4 to 7 mm long, creamy or orange-yellow in color. It is small fruit separate into 8-12 one-seeded segments when mature.
